For the fifth consecutive year, Bendigo Mazda have won Mazda’s prestigious Master Dealer of the year Award!
The annual Mazda master dealer awards recognise dealers for their exceptional performance throughout 2016 with rigorous reviews of customer satisfaction, dealership facilities, achievement of business key performance indicators, and compliance with Mazda business standards and quality assurance programs.
Mazda announced its top-performing Australian retailers for 2016, with Bendigo Mazda one of only 15 dealers across Mazda’s 131 Australian dealership network to be given the coveted Master Dealer award. New South Wales and Victoria both had five dealerships recognised, while three Queensland and two South Australian dealerships received awards.
“Receiving Master Dealership recognition is something that everyone within the Mazda network aspires to achieve,” said Mazda Australia director of sales, Vinesh Bhindi.
Bendigo Mazda’s award was exceptional this year, given that there were only two awards nationally from 26 provincial dealers, with Bendigo Mazda taking out all three provincial sub-categories at the awards.
